Thanks for shopping at Funguy Mycology. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Due to the expiring nature of the cultures we sell, we do offer refund within the first 21 days of your purchase. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

You must provide an image of the defective/contaminated product.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
